Raphaël PIOTRAUT has acquired a solid experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions, whether through acquisitions and tranfers, leveraged transactions (LBO) or fund raising. After a spell in the insurance company AIG, working in the implementation of liability guarantees insurance, he returned to Gatienne Brault & Associés law firm as one of the partners. He particularly values opportunities to use his relational and negotiation skills when it comes to convince the parties involved. In October 2015, he decided to found PGA.

François GINÉ is as involved in mergers and acquisitions and capital investment as in pre-litigation and litigation matters. He brings to companies his mastering of transfers and acquisitions, of equity investments as well as of fund raising. He offers to investors his expertise in the implementation of investment vehicles and LBO transactions.
His strengths : a sense of efficiency and negotiation skills coupled with an ability to anticipate legal difficulties, which is also decisive in the context of judicial dispute and oral argument. In October 2015, he decided to found PGA.

Arnaud Viard specializes in corporate tax management, transaction taxation (private equity, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings), real state tax and executive taxation. A large part of his activity is also devoted to the regulation of complex tax audits and litigation.
Arnaud acts in particular as counsel to various French and foreign industrial groups, institutional investors, investment funds, which he assists in their international and French tax strategy.

Pierre Audiguier
assists and advises their clients on all employment law issues. For over 15
years, he has worked with employers (SMEs, lsited compagnies) in a wide range of sectors

He is recognised for his expertise in managing individual and collective disputes.

Since 2008 she has been working within Restructuring teams recognized as most
experienced on the market, and focuses on providing suitable solutions to French

companies, managers with regards to restructuring projects and acquisition of
business through court proceedings.

reorganisation and compulsory liquidation) and the financial handling of difficulties.

acquisition of business through court proceedings.
His previous experience allowed him to acquire solid knowledge in financial review.

Myriam Zendjebil
has joined the firm on November 2020 after several internships made in the corporate/M&A practice of French and international law firms as well as in the legal M&A department of Canal + Groupe. Since then, Myriam mainly advises the firm’s clients on their M&A and private equity operations.

Salomé Vairet joined the firm in October 2023. Graduated of a Master’s degree in tax law and a L.L.M, and with a formative experience in leading French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, Salomé specializes in transactional tax, as well as in patrimonial taxation. She assists companies and their managers in their relations with the tax authorities in the context of legal proceedings before both administrative and judicial jurisdictions.

Patrice Antunes specialises in direct and indirect corporate taxes, but also in individuals and patrimonial taxation. He focuses particularly on restructuring cases, real estate taxation, reorganization and transfer of assets.
He provides assistance to individuals and companies including at the litigation stage, before the French tax authorities and the relevant jurisdictions.

joined the firm in November 2023, after working for two years as an
associate in a law firm with recognised expertise in employment law, both in advise and
