After spending more than a year in the legal department of a private management bank, Suzanne de Carvalho joined Gatienne Brault & Associates in May 2006. There, she developed her experience in the context of: restructuring operations, acquisitions, sales and business mergers.

Suzanne uses her rigor, her professionalism and her excellent interpersonal skills to anticipate the expectations and problems encountered by our clients, in order to manage their interests in the best possible way. In October 2015, she decided to support the creation of PGA.
